RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

We hope you love your Well & Wild products. If not, please read the policy below carefully.


1. Right to Cancel (UK Consumers)

If you are a UK consumer purchasing online, you generally have 14 days from the date you receive your order to cancel your order.

However, due to health and hygiene regulations, this right does not apply to goods that have been unsealed after delivery.

Because our products are food supplements, we can only accept returns of products that are:

  • Unopened

  • Unused

  • In original sealed packaging


2. Returns Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery

  • Return the item unopened and unused

  • Ensure the original seal remains intact

We cannot accept returns of opened supplements for hygiene and safety reasons.


3. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect:

Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the issue

We will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.


4. Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different product, please return your unopened item and place a new order.


7. Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
